Stinging nettle (Urtica urens) is a herbaceous plant known for its stinging hairs that cause skin irritation. Despite this, nettles are highly nutritious, used in teas, soups, and traditional medicine for their anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties. They also support biodiversity by providing habitat for various insects.
