Sonchus arvensis, or Sow Thistle, is a perennial herb with lobed leaves and yellow flowers resembling dandelions. It is considered a weed in gardens and agricultural fields but is edible and has been used in traditional medicine for its diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties.
