Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is a common perennial herb with yellow flowers, toothed leaves, and puffball seed heads. The entire plant is edible and used in salads, teas, and traditional medicine for its diuretic and digestive benefits. Dandelions also support pollinators and improve soil health through deep taproots.
