Rumex acetosella, known as Sheep Sorrel, is a perennial herb with arrow-shaped leaves and red or green flowers. It is found in grasslands and disturbed areas. Sheep Sorrel has a sour taste due to oxalic acid content and is used in salads and as a flavoring agent.
