Arenaria serpyllifolia - Thyme-leaved sandwort

Thyme-leaved sandwort (Arenaria serpyllifolia) is a small annual or biennial herb of bare ground, walls and chalk downs across most of Europe, temperate Asia and North America, and a constituent of cold semi-arid continental steppe grassland.¹ The entire plant is used as a pot-herb, and it has a history of use as an antitussive and diuretic remedy.²
