Sideritis hyssopifolia - Hyssop-leaved mountain ironwort

Hyssop-leaved mountain ironwort (Sideritis hyssopifolia) is an evergreen shrub of limestone mountains in interior Spain and neighbouring France, Switzerland, and Italy. Its aromatic leaves are dried for an herbal tea traditionally drunk in the Spanish Pyrenees and used to flavour herbal liqueurs, and it has a long history of use for digestive complaints.
