Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an evergreen Mediterranean shrub grown for its aromatic leaves, used fresh or dried as a culinary herb and in teas. It thrives in poor, dry, rocky soil and is one of the earliest nectar sources for bees each year. Cultivated plants reach 1.5-2.5 m tall and wide.¹
