Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an evergreen Mediterranean shrub grown for its aromatic leaves, used fresh or dried as a culinary herb and in teas. It thrives in poor, dry, rocky soil and is one of the earliest nectar sources for bees each year.
