Daucus carota - Queen Anne's lace

Daucus carota, known as Queen Anne’s Lace, is a wildflower with a flat-topped cluster of small white flowers and a hairy, carrot-like stem. Its young root is edible, resembling a carrot, and its flowers can be used in salads, with the plant also having traditional medicinal uses.
